Lisa Levey is the founder of Libra Consulting. She is a veteran consultant, having worked for nearly two decades with many of the most admired companies in the world (visit Clients page), to assist them in the creation of work environments where women – and men – can thrive. She is passionate about helping client organizations to more fully realize the underutilized potential of women.

Lisa is a versatile diversity consultant with broad expertise ranging from leading comprehensive assessment and strategy development engagements to facilitating diversity councils and launching business resource groups to designing and delivering executive education on supporting work-life effectiveness and flexibility.

Lisa’s consulting is informed by many years driving organizational change, an early career as an investment professional where she first observed and encountered the challenges for women professionals, and her experience of raising sons in a dual career marriage.

Lisa is a thought leader bringing a fresh perspective (visit Lisa’s Book page) on the continuing evolution of gender roles in both the professional and personal spheres. She has long been a voice for the importance of men in the gender dialogue (visit Lisa’s Blog). She and her husband Bryan have been featured in Fast Company magazine and on ABC News with Charlie Gibson in stories about a partnership approach to parenting and professional work.
